What is your return policy?
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are incorrect, incomplete, defective, or damaged adnan autos reserves the right to reject a return request if the policy is misused or if the product is returned without original tags, packaging, or components.
What are the conditions for return or exchange?
The product must be in the same condition as deliveredunused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase or the order number must also be provided.
What is the procedure for returns or exchanges?
To start a return or exchange, please call our official helpline at 0304 4746606 and register your complaint. You will receive the updated return address. The product must be sent back through Pakistan Post or a courier service, properly packed. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable. Only the product price will be refunded within one week of receiving the return.
What is the shipment method for return or exchange?
After your return request is approved, our customer care team will guide you on how to send the item back. You may be asked to drop it off at the nearest courier point. Please note that pickup service is not available.
What is your refund or exchange policy?
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and update you about your refund or exchange status. Based on the condition of the product and your preference, it may either be refunded or exchanged.
When will I be refunded?
Refunds are processed within 7 working days once the return is approved. The refund will be issued to the same account used for the order. If the account holder’s name does not match the order details, proof of identity will be required.
When will I receive my exchanged item?
The delivery time for exchanged items is the same as our standard delivery time, which is 3 to 5 business days after the exchange is shipped. The exchanged product will be of equal value to the original order.
