What is your return policy?
Any product can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if it is incorrect, incomplete, defective, or damaged. Adnan autos reserves the right to decline a return if the policy is misused, or if the item is returned without original tags, packaging, or components.

What are the conditions for return or exchange?
The item must be in the same condition as delivered unused, undamaged, and in its original genuine packaging with tags attached. Proof of purchase or the order number is required.

What is the procedure for returns or exchanges?
To request a return or exchange, call our official helpline at 0304 4746606 and register your complaint. You will be provided with the correct return address. Please send the product through Pakistan Post or a courier service, ensuring it is securely packed. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. Only the product’s price will be refunded within one week of receiving the returned item.

What is the shipment method for return or exchange?
After your return request is approved, our customer care team will provide instructions on how to send back the item. You may be required to drop it off at the nearest courier point. Please note, pickup service is not available.

What is your refund or exchange policy?
After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund or exchange. Depending on the condition of the item and your choice, it may either be refunded or exchanged.

When will I be refunded?
Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days once the return is approved. Refunds are processed to the same account used for the original order. The account holder’s name must match the order details; otherwise, proof of identity will be required.

When will I receive my exchanged item?
The delivery time for exchanged items is the same as our standard shipping time, which is 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. The exchanged product will be of equal value to your original order.
